A slow burn romance.
I love, love this book, this book surprise me on a very good way, I was expecting another college romance with another frat hero who felt in love with a girl after seeing her with one of his best friends, but River is an amazing character, he has so many issues in he's life and doesn’t opened to pretty much anybody, but Anastasia finds a way through all his layers and I really enjoyed all the journey, which by the way was very entertaining to read. This two flirting and joking on a way that even my kindle was in fire (and he’s already a fire, kindle fire, get it?, no?) Sorry , I’m soo bad with jokes LOL.
Anyway, back to the book. What I’m saying is that this book gives me all the chills, I’m not a romantic person in real life but I love to read romance in books and if is something like the one I just finished, girl you got me 100% just with the dislexia and then the hero not been the typical bad boy but a smart, caring very responsible human be, oh my!!.
Like I say one of the things that got me immediately was one of the topics that this author highlighted in the book, as someone who has a very close family member with dislexia and see’s how hard is for my little brave princess to accomplish all her assignments and homework there’s is no way a can’t not love River that way I do, he is the book totally, sorry Ana.
I love her, she’s funny and love that she is brave and at least fight and try to get what she wants, she’s the one who’s pushing through River and that is one of my favorite things about her, but as I deeply love her River is forever my crush hero.
Please read this book, is a slow build romance, you can feel the sexual tension between this couple but the author never rushed whatever she’s planning for this two, and like If this isn’t enough we are able to read and find out a little more about some things that a lot of people going through their life’s and we can not even imagine or care all the struggle they face on they're day by day.
