Fall in love with Wolf and Lyric in this angsty, edgy, and super steamy rock star romance from USA Today Bestselling author K.K. Allen.

A Stolen Melody Duet includes both books in the duet PLUS bonus content. All in one epic summer romance boxset.

Dangerous Hearts

Destined Hearts

Original Song Lyrics

Sweet Melody (Bonus Story)

As Long As Fate Will Allow (Bonus Story)

That's over 600 pages of romance. More about the story inside:

Lyric knows a thing or two about bad boy rock stars with raspy vocals. In fact, her heart was just played by one. So when she takes an assignment as road manager for the world famous rock star, Wolf, she's prepared to take him on, full suit of heart-armor intact.

Wolf is the sexy lead singer for the hottest rock band around with a line-up of guaranteed one night stands. Lyric Cassidy isn't one of them. That's fine with him. Women like Lyric come with fairytale expectations, so it should be easy to stay away. Too bad she's hot as sin with a fiery temper and a mouth that drives him wild.

She's also got something to hide. Something he discovers. Something he wants...

Sharing a tour bus, neither of them are prepared for the miles of road ahead and the fierce attraction they feel toward one another—a dangerous combination.

Today I bring you a review of a book that when I received it I thought it was only the first part of a Duet, but fortunately it comes with the two books and it also comes with an extra epilogue, i'm a big fan of epilogues.

This is a story that takes place in a musical environment, specifically rock, and that shows us a bit of what happens in such environments, all as a framework for the romantic history of our romantic couple.

There are different characters since being a rock band it was obvious that we would have interaction from each one of its members, besides the security team, technician and managers, and that's where we will find Lyric, a young and enterprising girl with a passion for music who is coming out of a relationship where she was betrayed, comes to the band as the road manager. When she meets Wolf the lead singer of the band in person, although she insists on denying it, she falls under his spell, but does not throw herself into his arms as Wolf hopes, rather she resists a lot and that only makes the story very hot and steamy and keeps you wanting while they flirting to get to the part where these two are finally together, only Lyric has problems with trust since she was betrayed by people very close to her and it is very difficult for her to open up and trust again, which will make her relationship with Wolf falter and lead to misunderstandings and breakups.

Wolf is also not one to trust or believe in relationships, at least not the lasting ones, he is about sex for one night and then does not repeat, but Lyric surprises him to the point that little by little he opens up and trusts her so when he sees that trust is not reciprocated he decides to put a stop to the relationship, at least until Lyric trusts him and what is happening between them.

I must say that the story do caught you and encourages you to continue reading, has its parts that I found too exaggerated, for example why Lyric is so reluctant to tell Wolf her secret, the truth is that I didn’t see that it was something that big to hide, and then that part where the villains have a very police outcome has seemed very thriller and I felt like did not fit the story, but in the end is my perception.

As I said at the beginning it's a Duet, and you will get the two books and two epilogues plus a short story in this book, I liked the ending because that's how I like romantic stories to end.

I received an advanced copy in exchange for an honest review.
