I waited so long for this book and the wait was worth it.
I liked Fabiano very much, in spite of all that darkness in the background he still conserves that little flame of light that Leona manages to reach and bring to the surface. Although the book is a dark romance, most of it has a very innocent love story, at least on Leona's side, who continues with dreams of a better life. It has been nice to see how this couple is falling in love and fighting in a world of violence where any mistake can kill you.
I wish Fabiano and his sisters find a way to be together or at least have a relationship were they can meet and hangout, looks like that’s not possible at the moment, this is just me hopping.
This series is going to be awesome, I have my expectations very high and knowing Cora’s previous work I know for sure that she’s no going to let us down.
